4. Orders
When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, email, mobile and other information required to process and deliver the order.
Receipt of an order request does not by itself guarantee fulfilment. An order may be cancelled or rejected where reasonably necessary because of stock unavailability, unsuccessful or unconfirmed payment, delivery limitations, incorrect customer information, suspected fraudulent activity, a genuine pricing or technical error, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfilment.
If BROKNOT cancels a successfully paid order before fulfilment, any amount successfully received for that cancelled order will be processed for refund to the applicable original payment method, subject to payment-provider and banking processing timelines.
5. Payments
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Online payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers and may be subject to their applicable terms, privacy practices and security procedures.
An order requiring online payment will be processed for fulfilment after the applicable payment is successfully confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the website.
BROKNOT does not claim to store complete card, UPI or banking credentials entered directly into a third-party payment gateway.
6. Shipping and Delivery
BROKNOT offers free shipping on orders across India. No separate shipping fee is added at checkout under the current shipping policy.
Delivery timelines vary according to the delivery location, courier network and other operational circumstances. Applicable zone-based delivery estimates and dispatch information are provided in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Delivery may be affected by an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, courier restrictions, remote locations, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Unless the applicable return reason requires otherwise under our policy, returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with their original tags and packaging intact. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Different handling may apply where an incorrect, damaged, defective or incomplete product is received. Customers should follow the evidence and notification requirements stated in our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Order Cancellation
An order may be requested for cancellation before it has been dispatched or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation is not available and, after delivery, the applicable return or exchange provisions may apply.
If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Cancellation Policy and the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
